HiPipo Music Awards

I am ready to collaborate with any HiPipo Music Awards nominee, says Burundi songstress Natacha.

Burundi music star Natacha has revealed that she is ready to collaborate with any HiPipo Music Awards nominee interested in working with her.

In a recent HiPipo Facebook Live chat, Natacha, whose nomination had her receive messages of congratulations from hundreds of fans including Burundi President, H.E Pierre Nkurunziza noted that even though she can’t at the moment give out names of those she wishes to work with, she is available to work with any HiPipo Music Awards nominee that comes calling.

“As far as I am concerned, I would like to collaborate with all the best musicians. All those nominated are great artistes. So if you asked me to choose one it would be difficult. But if one of the nominees asked me to collaborate with him or her, I am ready, anytime,” Natacha said.

And for her mega nomination, she noted; “It is a great honour for me to be nominated in the 8th prestigious HiPipo Music Awards. To be nominated means that my work is well known and has been well received. This nomination is a result of hard work, team work and good promotion of my songs.  I am very happy and call upon fans from Burundi and across the world to vote so that we bring the award home.”

Natacha is nominated in HiPipo Music Awards category of Africa Fans Favorite Fresh Talent. She faces tight competition from Yovi (Nigeria), King Monada (South Africa), Joyce Blessing (Ghana), Shekhinah (South Africa),  Mankind (Kenya) and Mbosso (Tanzania).

The 2019 prestigious HiPipo Music Awards are slated for 16th March at the Kampala Serena Hotel. Entry fee is UGX 100,000 for a single ticket and UGX 3,000,000 of a VIP table of 10.
